As per the source claims, Mac Helm aka Max Helm is a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity in Fiji at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mac Helm Charges
Mac Helm has been accused of sexual assault and rape. Sources confirmed that the sexual assault took place at Fiji house on Monday between 11:30 pm and midnight. A UNL’s student union student wrote on Twitter:
“I’m here at UNL’s student union, where at least 75 or so students and advocates have gathered on the union steps ahead of a planned protest after a sexual assault at the Delta Gamma Phi House early this morning to campus police. “

Since 2015, the alleged incident was the 103rd rape or attempted rape reported to the UNL police. One more rape case was reported eight hours after the assault at the Phi Gamma Delta house, reports Omaha.
The public affairs director of UNL, Leslie Reed, hopes that the institute will take necessary action. As of Wednesday afternoon, Mac Helm is not arrested.
