Daniel well known for being a Catholic sedevacantist bishop. He was born on 28 May 1951 in Detroit, Michigan, U.S. In 1965 he started his priesthood at a minor seminary in Detroit. In 1977 he establish more than 35 traditionalist Mass centers. He worked a long time in his principal church in West Chester, Ohio, United States.
