One close friend of Tim said “Absolutely gutted to hear this morning of the passing of my friend & Cllr Tim Jeeves!
I was proud to help and assist him by being his electoral agent in 2019 & 2021. I just knew he’d be a great Cllr for Clubmoor. Unfortunately, lockdown followed by his health coming out of lockdown denied us all of what Tim had to offer. Tim was a true socialist and a massive advocate of the NHS and was preparing to fight to protect it. He was also very vocal on green issues and helped to produce the green new deal for Merseyside.
I’ll miss our card schools which we used to play with West Derby CLP comrades through lockdown via zoom. Tim always seemed to take the cyber pot though. Telling us he’d never played the game but I’m not so sure.
RIP Tim Solidarity forever “
