Who was Wajid Shamsul Hasan?

Wajid Shamsul Hasan was a veteran journalist, political commentator, and diplomat. He was associated with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). He completed his graduation from Sindh Muslim Law College, Karachi. Also, he went to Karachi University for pursuing masters in international relationships.

Wajid was chairman of the Pakistan National press trust from to Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, he has good relations with some UK diplomats. He received so much recognition for his excellent work in journalism. But sadly he left this world on 28 September 2021 due to some ailment.
